LSR Sports Ltd offers you the flexibility to create your own holiday from the range of accommodation and services available. Because of the wide choice, it is not possible to list every price on every date. A ‘from’ price is indicative of the lowest price available for the hotel or itinerary featured but this may vary depending on a number of factors such as your date of travel and choice of accommodation. ACCOMMODATION IN THE TROPICS
In many hotels, especially beach resorts ‘insects’ in the rooms (e.g. cockroaches etc.) are almost inevitable. It should by no means be taken as a sign of dirtiness, simply a fact of life in these destinations. Views from some hotel rooms may be partly obscured by palm trees and other vegetation that can grow very quickly in tropical climates.
WATER SPORTS & OTHER ACTIVITIES
Many hotels offer water sports and other sporting activities, in some cases these may be free of charge. Please note that in the interest of your personal safety, the operators of these activities may require that you demonstrate your competence (for example a swimming test) prior to commencement and reserve the right to refuse participation for any reason if they feel this may compromise your or another guest’s safety.
Please note that some hotels make small, daily, local charges for additional room facilities e.g. an in-room safe, resort facilities and on-site parking (resort fees). These charges are not pre-payable and may not be included in your holiday price but are advertised at hotel check-in and payable locally. Other destinations have a city tax levied by local authorities and can only be paid locally at your hotel.
If your holiday includes a stay in an apartment, often you will be asked to pay a refundable security deposit on arrival at the property (which will be refunded on your departure at the discretion of the property manager). Apartments may also charge a cleaning fee. We will do our best to inform you of these fees if they are made available to us. Any failure to inform you of these charges will not result in any compensation or refund being due to you.
Early check in/Late check out free of charge is always subject to availability at the accommodation and is solely at their discretion. On occasion it is possible to pre pay for these services.
Room type requests e.g. double/twin rooms will be passed onto the hotel, however the room allocation is solely at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability. The hotel will feel they have fulfilled the reservation as long as there are enough beds for the number of guests staying. On most occasions the hotels are able to accommodate preferences. Any failure to provide the requested room type will not result in compensation or refund.
If you lose any personal items whilst on holiday, please obtain a written report from a local representative or police, to help with any insurance claim upon your return.
Please note until fixtures are confirmed the match can be played any time in between the timings listed below:-
Serie A – matches will not start before Friday 20:00 or not after Monday 21:00
Premier League - matches will not start before Friday 20:00 or not after Monday 22:00
Bundesliga – matches will not start before Friday 20:30 or not after Sunday at 18:00
UEFA Champions League – start times are confirmed when fixtures are released
La Liga – matches will not start before Friday 20:00 or not after Monday 22:00
UEFA Europa League – start times are confirmed when fixtures are released
Ligue 1 – matches will not start before Friday 20:30 or not after Sunday at 21:00
Premeira Liga – matches will not start before Friday at 20:15 or not after Monday at 21:15
It is very rare for the top teams in any league/competition to play on a Friday or a Monday. Hence a Saturday to Monday trip is usually sufficient. You will be informed if this is not possible.
Some flights include a hold baggage allowance, this information will also be provided to you in your holiday information documents. Baggage can also be added after the booking has been made, directly with the airline at your own expense.
All quotes are based on live pricing and availability and are subject to change at the time of booking. Until a deposit/balance is paid the pricing cannot be guaranteed.
MATCH SEATING INFORMATION
It is not always possible to provide you with seating information in advance of you receiving your match tickets. If we have this information ahead of time we will pass this on to you.
You will always be seated in the home section of the stadium you are visiting unless otherwise stated on your invoice and match ticket documentation. Please ensure you do not wear away team colours in this section as this may result in you being ejected from the stadium.
MATCH SEATING GUARANTEES
On most occasions seating is guaranteed in pairs and triples. Any requests for larger group seating are on request and cannot be guaranteed. Please note in some stadiums odd number and even number seats are seated together. i.e 1,3,5 and 2,4,6 are seated together.
MATCH TICKET DELIVERY
There are several methods of ticket delivery available. We will aim to inform you which method it is at the time of booking, however this is subject to change. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event the delivery method is different from that stated at the time of booking.
For hotel ticket deliveries, tickets can be delivered up until the morning of the confirmed match date.
For mobile and PDF tickets, these can be delivered up to 24 hours before the confirmed match date.
For ticket collection, this can be up to the morning of the confirmed match date.
TRAVELLERS CONTACT INFORMATION
Please ensure you provide us with accurate and current contact information, ideally for the lead passenger of the travelling party. Failure to do so could result in you not being informed with updated information. Any issues arising from failure to update us with this information will result in us not taking any responsibility.
TRAVELLERS NAME AS PER PASSPORT AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT IS REQUIRED
When making a booking we will require the full travellers names as they appear on your passport. If this information is not provided correctly any fees incurred for name changes etc. will be your responsibility to resolve. Please note we may also need additional information such as dates of birth/nationality for some bookings. We will inform you of this if it is required.
ONLINE CHECK IN
Some airlines may require you to check in online and charge a fee to do so at the airport. All of this information will be provided in your holiday information, any failure to do this will be at your own expense.
