The Parc Des Princes has a capacity of 47,929 and has been the home of Paris Saint-Germain since 1974. It is commonly known as 'the box of sound' by French football fans due to the stadium's ability to contain and increase the atmosphere created by the PSG supporters to create an intimidating atmosphere for away supporters and players alike.
Paris is a major European city and a global centre of art, fashion and culture. Its landscape is made up of architecture from both the 19th and 20th century, with the River Seine running through the centre of the city. Aside from its famous landmarks, the city is also renowned for its cafe culture and designer shopping outlets.
The Eiffel Tower is the most well known and famous landmark in Paris, built in 1889, the tower dominates the city skyline and is renowned as one of the most popular landmarks in the world with millions of tourists ascending up its 1063-foot high structure. We highly recommend this attraction to our clients as it provides a great opportunity for both amazing photos and the chance to sample fine dining in one of the tower's two restaurants, Le Tour Eiffel or Le Jules Verne.
The Paris public transport system is run by RATP and consists of the Metro, Tram, RER suburban express train, bus and Noctilien (night bus). Paris is divided into 6 zones. Zones 1 and 2 cover the city centre and all the city's Metro lines. RATP tickets and passes are valid on the Metro, tram, buses and RER. The Metro alone is very efficient and provides travellers with an easy method of moving around the city. Buses are less reliable but still offer a good service to several key locations. On the Metro, a single ticket is good for any destination, even if the station is beyond the city's outskirts.
